Key Skills:
- Identify, develop and convert sales opportunities leading to new customer bookings or incremental bookings from existing customers.
- Good knowledge of warehousing, logistics and Full Truck.
- Making sales calls and conducting sales meetings on daily or weekly basis as per customer schedule.
- Prepare and submit customer quotations or proposals and pricing with the input of other peer supervisors or managers.
- Maintaining, collecting and communicate market/ competition information and implement business development initiatives.
- Responsible for outstanding clearance and clients’ satisfaction
- Branch visit every week for customer satisfaction and co ordinate with branch manager on how to improve our service and discuss with them regarding all branch matters and asking them about the improvement from their end.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Capable of generating targeted revenue for branch Willing to take initiatives and should be proactive.
- Experience in corporate sales having skills for sales, sales planning, selling as per customer needs, market knowledge, good presentation skills.
- Good team leader, dynamic, self-driven & go getter with good communication & presentation skills.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in reputed transport organizations in engaging full truck loads and return loads directly or through brokers.
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
